Somatic Exploration &
Healing Immersion for
Women
5 week series
september 9 - october 7
A 5-week somatic series to explore emotions, discover new tools
for nervous system support, and deepen connection.
Each week we will explore somatic and embodiment practices to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, reflect on our internalized beliefs and sense of self, and connect through group discussions. This is an opportunity to gain insight, understanding, and healing through themes including Safety, Grief, Pleasure, Anger, and Joy. Stacey and Meagan will offer educational teachings from their respective lines of work while incorporating ritual and movement for a holistic, full body approach to learning.
What to expect
This is for female-identifying individuals who are curious to learn more about themselves and their bodies, who desire to learn ways for navigating a range of emotions, who seek to feel more present with life, and who yearn for community along the journey. We intend for this to be an intimate space for up to 14 women who are able to commit to joining us each week. If you have questions about the commitment, please reach out to Stacey and/or Meagan.
Who is this for
Testimonials
“If you are looking for something different
that combines the mind and body
experience, this is definitely worth it.
Learning how to sit with all types of feelings
and sensations has really changed my
own approach and given me more tools in
my toolbox. Definitely a safe space of
unconditional acceptance.”
“I have felt more connected to my
body than I think I ever have
before. And less judgmental of
the imperfections. Thank you
ladies. I really needed that session
to continue my healing process.”
“If you have tried everything, and just
need something different, this is it. I
am still consistent with my individual
therapy but this group experience
has healed me in ways that I didn't
know could occur.”

Meet Your Facilitators
Why a somatic
women’s group?
Stacey and Meagan (and the Holos House!)
believe in wholeness, in embracing all parts
of ourselves as divinely human. We also
believe in the magic and healing of
community and co-regulation, of doing the
work together. In this space, there is no right
or wrong, there is nothing you should or
should not be experiencing. All parts of you
are welcome, and together in safe space we
welcome and explore what is ready to be
felt and expressed.
